yamamel f6255afd62 Upd: S8/S9 preset priority for E-880/E-180 rainbow gear projects (#5802 )

- S8 presets: add S8-E-880 > S8-E-180 after 0.5h catch-all
- S9 presets: add S8-E-880 > S8-E-180 before reset, so that
  S8 rainbow gear projects are considered when running S9 research
