Add: core monthly shop supply items filter (#5837)

Add item templates (Type93PureOxygenTorpedo / Type1ArmorPiercingShell / SuperHeavyShell) and FILTER_REGEX tokens for the core monthly shop, so they can be recognized and selected via the CoreShop filter.
