Opt: Guild reward class

Browse Source 
- Opt: rename logistics_exchange in reward record to logistics
- Del: Delete handlers for entering guild reward from popups
- Del: Delete guild_run, because logistics.py already contains a function to run without configs
- Fix: Ensure that Detect GUILD_RED_DOT in page_main
